The Guest Services Supervisor (GSS) reports to the Miami Centers Director, and will oversee the coordination of resident services including transportation, maintenance, and resident security. The GSS will provide the necessary oversight to ensure that the Center’s facilities are maintained in a safe, clean, and efficient manner and are in compliance with OSHA and other safety guidelines.
Minimum Requirements: The GSS must have a High School diploma with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in homelessness and/or the addictions field. Must have good communication, supervisory, computer, and organization skills. Must be able to multi-task and make sound judgments in a fair and compassionate manner. Must have good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse population and all levels of residents, employees, volunteers, and guests. Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write English, and carry out oral and written instructions.
Must be able to pass a Level II background screen and drug test.
Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 per year based on experience. Position is Exempt.
